[BUG] Dialog Connector overlaps

Description

Fairly often the connector opens on top of the open dialog. This was web discord add file.
Once I grab the window and move it, the connector attaches in the correct place.

Steps to Reproduce

So far noticed from a web browser (vivaldi) but feel like it has popped up in a few places
