System language is not applied after installation #1

Description

@deluca0206

After completing the installation, the operating system does not respect the language selected during the installation process. Even when a non-English language is chosen (e.g. Portuguese - Brazil), the desktop environment and system interface remain in English.

Environment

Distribution: Luminus OS
Desktop Environment: GNOME
Tested Language: Portuguese (Brazil) (and potentially other future non-English languages)
Installation: Clean installation
Steps to Reproduce
Boot the Luminus installation media.
Select a language other than English during installation.
Complete the installation.
Reboot into the installed system.
Log in and observe the system interface.

Expected Result

The installed operating system should automatically use the language selected during installation, with the desktop environment, system applications, settings, dialogs, and other localized components displayed in that language.

Actual Result

The installed operating system ignores the selected language and starts entirely in English.

Impact

Users must manually reconfigure the system language after installation.
Creates an inconsistent installation experience.
Reduces accessibility for non-English users.
Gives the impression that localization support is incomplete or broken.

Notes

The selected locale does not appear to be propagated from the installer to the installed system.
This may indicate that the locale configuration is not being generated, installed, or applied during the post-installation setup.
