Add photo to About section and rearrange layout

Goal

Add a headshot/photo to the About section and rearrange the layout.

Current layout

• Left: bio text (3 paragraphs)
• Right: "The Path" timeline + "What I Work On" list

Proposed layout

• Photo + bio text at the top
• "The Path" and "What I Work On" moved below as full-width content

• Need a photo to use
