Unix can handle unicode parameters and special characters like : but Windows cannot handle them.
This leads to problems if you try to share the file with Samba. A file like 'Test - 2013-10-05 14:32:00.mp4' will get a name like MP455J~W.MP4.
It would be good to have an option to convert names.
