terminal not registering button press/reinstall not found by harmony #34

i was having an issue where the commands were not registering in the terminal so i uninstalled and reinstalled harmony-span. I deleted the 'device' from my harmony and plugged my hub into my computer to find it again but it is not showing up. not sure what the problem is
