While deploying the agent, I ran into a docker run issue. It was mainly due to the lockfile mismatch (pnpm-lock.yaml vs package-lock.json) and some permission handling after pruning dependencies.
I fixed it by updating the Dockerfile and tidying up the ESLint config.
