[FEATURE REQUEST] Enable satire detector humor algorithm for improved accuracy

Hi Chris I'm happy to help out on this project. Please let me know what your schedule is for having different components working, and what kind of commitment you and Vicki are looking for. There is definitely a more sophisticated way to handle the distance measures of words that are used in the derived humor feature. Specifically it would use word embeddings that can spot words that are out of context, and quickly calculate similarity scores between sentences. The issue with these though is that they use potentially large model files that are trained on a corpus, a few gigabites makes them unweildly but it's more reliable. Also training the models can be process heavy, not sure if you have access to computing resources that could help with that.

@n1conroy - Hi Nadia sorry about the late reply... we really won't be able to get to this until the summer. I will talk to Vicki about what you mentioned here... we have some computing resources but they aren't particularly fast....

I've reached out to @VictoriaRubin to see what she would have in mind.

Realistically I wasn't planning on starting anything for at least a couple months as I wrap up other work. Would some time in June/July work? I think that's when we would be looking at a new version.
