Start simulation from a given time in the future #22

Description

@XHawk87

One of the features I liked to use in Kerbal Construction Time was the ability to run a simulation from a point in the future. This made it easier to plan a launch to intercept or practice transfers during the launch window ahead of time. However this feature was removed from KCT in favour of people using KRASH instead, but KRASH doesn't seem to have this ability as far as I have been able to find.

Would it be feasible to add support for this in KRASH? For example, having a panel on the start simulation page that allows you to put in a date and time, and the sim warps to that point in the future without cost, and/or enter an amount of time to warp ahead at the start of the sim.

Alternatively, perhaps all that is needed is for the sim to cost 0/min during pre-launch phase. Then a player could warp until the desired time manually. Although it can be dangerous to go to high warps with big rockets on the launchpad, so this isn't the ideal solution, but would be handy nonetheless.
