Expected behavior
Provider creates a sidecar ticket and gives it to the recipient. Recipient registers it so the offer is ready to be matched in the next auction.
If the offer suits the market conditions, it get matched and a channel is created to the recipient's node.
Actual behavior
During the clear market phase, recipient seems to be offline so the order cannot get matched, it gets filtered.
