could this use pacbio data to do the thing?

hi，dear author.could this use pacbio data? i find that the purge_haplotig can use pacbio data.
but in that tool, when i get draft.assemble.fasta and then polish, i use use purge_haplotig with pacbio data to make the hist graph, i get only one peak. but when i use illumima data,i get two peak.?
