PreCompiled list needs to generate correctly and POST to database

• user has to select 4 icons one selection in each row to create pre-compiled list

• once four selections have been made it redirects users to creating name for trip list

• once trip name is selected and click 'next' it should redirect to pre-compiled list

• trip name is added to each new preCompiled list after the four selections are made when next is clicked

• new Trip preCompiled list is being posted to database correctly
