Automate addition of fresh articles to the homepage

This does require a good deal of work and thought on how to do it.

• Auto-update homepage with latest DSF OOTW (Spit out a HTML from the sync_ootw script and pull it in an iframe so we do it client-side)
• Auto-update latest articles (this requires some thought on how best to do it; not every new page created is worthy of mentioning, so maybe we just need to ease the manual process and avoid actual automation)
• Auto-update newest objects added to the DSO index (Spit out from index builder script and pull into an iframe)
