[bug] pip install excel-parser isnt working

What happened?

pip install excel-parser

❯ pip install excel-parser
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement excel-parser (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for excel-parser

Minimal reproduction

pip install excel-parser

Expected behavior

should work

Benchmark check

• I ran make bench-robust and my file failed (attach the row from results.csv if you can).
• The file is from outside SpreadsheetBench; I can attach a minimal reproducer.
