Currently, only the scatter chart can be downloaded; users should be given the choice to download only the scatter chart or also the side and bottom bars.
If only the scatter chart is downloaded, the ticks and X axis labels of the scatter chart should be displayed.
The three charts are currently in three separate svg elements; they need to be combined into one element if we want to do this.
