Failing build

The latest build seems to be failing, as a result the latest version is not on pypi. Could you please fix that?

Hi!

I can't manage to compile OpenFst 1.7.7 (nor 1.7.6) on my machine, as soon as I figure out what's going on I'll update the project.

Unfortunately, I am short of time at this moment, so I can't give a rough time estimate.
