ux: sidebar should be expanded on clicking anywhere inside the collapsed form of sidebar

So, for users to quickly expand the sidebar, we have following two ways for better ux:-

1. it should be expanded on hovering the collapsed sidebar like gemini does
2. it should be expanded on clicking the collapsed sidebar like claude/chatgpt does
