realtime vignette review

Hi all - great to meet you last week.

I have been trying to work through the vignettes and have a couple issues:

1. In basic_usage.Rmd, I suspect this is missing some lines to plot the base grid ie realtime(w = 600, h = 500) %>% etc
2. The realtime() function appears to work but then the liveplot runServer("0.0.0.0", 9454, app, 250) doesn't stream, it keeps running without error.
   Do I need to configure anything beforehand?
