As a developer who is trying to copy the process from their job, I would like to write stories.

- Should be able to set a budget start date
Note. MVP wise, not doing currency selection or budget duration (sticking to monthly-budget)
Design: In the dropdown module, theres is a option for 'Set Budget' this opens a new screen with a date selector and a number display, with a button to change the value.
Auto-save changes.
Close button and back hardware button gets you out of this screen.
New budget is displayed on the home screen.
