[FR] Bounding Box Display in debugger

Problem

Hard to see when bounding boxes aren't handled correctly

Desired Solution

Have a toggle key which turns on an translucent overlay showing the bounding box

Alternatives

Room Viewer?

Actively working on this, but it's not going well. If anyone w/ bgfx experience could pitch in, that would be wonderful.
