Where are the geco_val.json and geco_test.json files?

Could you please tell me where the geco_val.json and geco_test.json files are? Were they generated during training, or created by other methods? Could you provide the specific procedure?

Just follow the readme pipeline: First you need to run python evaluate.py --data_path DATA_folder --model_path MODEL_folder

In line 114 in evaluate.py the geco_val.json and geco_test.json are saved. I do not see how it is possible that you run this code without errors and do not come up with those files.

When training with the FSC147 dataset, to fully reproduce your results, is it necessary to perform pretraining first—that is, to run pretrain.py to generate a pretrained weight like GeCo.pth—or can I use the existing GeCo.pth and directly run train.py to generate new weights?
