[JENKINS-75301] Add option to show only the latest git tag #311

Description

@jenkins-infra-bot

User Story

As a manager

I would like to only allow the latest git tag to be displayed by the git parameter

So that we can enforce the developer to only be able to deploy the latest tag of an application on a jenkins job.

Tech Notes

It would be nice to have like a boolean parameter related to tags that would only select the first element from the resulting tag list after being processed by all other parameters of the plugin (filtering, sorting, etc...)
