Repo selection on Work board should persist through session

currently you ahve to reselect the repo whenever you return

also, opening a create ticket dialog should prepoputlate its project/repo with the currently selected repo view

Done in merged PR #135 / commit b56d546: Work board repository selection now persists via SceneStorage and create-issue defaults follow the selected repo. Verified with SwiftLint, macOS tests, macOS build, iOS simulator build, and companion build.
