Hey, love the project, couldn't find anything else which would help with manual code review but with assistance of grouping the changes.

I've cloned the poject and (vibe)coded some new features, I can create a couple of merge requests if you find them interesting.

• Added qwen code as an option for llm provider

• Merge request mode (currently working with gitlab only)

  • Click the button in top bar for merge request mode
  • Paste the link to merge request
  • Tauri app attaches source target to the merge request ones
  • The merge request mode works via glab cli
  • Comments gets synced with the merge request
  • If you leave the comment in the app it gets synced to the gitlab
  • Added comment threads
  • Resolve comment thread
  • Comment menu on the right side panel turns into merge request mode side panel, shows merge request description, title and lists all the comments

• Also reanalyze button and re-refine button
