Integrate upstream improvements

There's a new build of official mpv-android which includes "Increased precision of seek bar". That would make a big difference and so might "Fix crash in document picker".

I'd really appreciate this fork getting an updated build to include these improvements. Also might be nice to change the package name so we don't accidentally overwrite it with an official update like this one.

been a while since i’ve been able to work on this.

I do still use my Lume Pad 2 and this is basically the only 3D app I still run on it every now and then so that would still be nice if its not too much trouble. Even though I know the Lume Pad 2 is getting on in years now.
