[UX] Email verification status is redundantly displayed in two separate sections on Account Preferences

Describe your environment

• OS name and version: Android, chrome

Describe the problem

The email verified status shows up in two places on the same page. First in the
Account info card and again in the Security section. The second one even has a
"Verified" button that looks clickable but does nothing, which is confusing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the site on android chrome.
2. Go to More > Account
3. Check the Account info card, email status shows "Verified"
4. Scroll down to the Security section
5. Email verification status is shown again with a greyed out "Verified" button

Observed Results:

• The same email verified status appears twice on the page. The Verified button
  in the Security section looks like a button but does nothing.

Expected Results:

• Email status should only appear in one place. If kept in the Security section,
  the Verified state should be a static badge, not a button.
