[BUG] Setup sub screens (e.g. windows setup or any long setup) cannot be scrolled to the end on Android mobile

Describe your environment

• OS name and version: Android , chrome

Describe the problem

On the Setup screen, when opening any platform specific long setup guide (e.g. Windows
setup), the step by step instruction list cannot be fully scrolled to the bottom
on Android mobile. The list gets cut off and the user is unable to reach the
remaining steps (e.g. Step 8 and beyond), making it impossible to complete the
setup instructions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the site on chrome on android.
2. Navigate to the "Setup" tab from the bottom navigation bar
3. Select any platform setup guide (e.g. "Windows setup")
4. Attempt to scroll down through the setup steps

Observed Results:

• The setup steps list is cut off :0 scrolling stops before reaching the final
  steps (e.g. Step 8 is partially visible but unreachable). The user cannot
  scroll further to view or follow the remaining instructions.

Expected Results:

• The full list of setup steps should be scrollable from top to bottom, allowing
  users to read and follow all steps without any content being blocked or
  inaccessible.
