Only folder deployed, folder and and all files not going to ftp in cpanel

This is my code added 3 lines for trying but failed the same:
Your code is not working, just uploading only all folders
I have tried with: https://github.com/asifulmamun/tws/blob/main/.github/workflows/main.yml
All folders only uploading :(
