Post open sourcing actions

• Consider whether we want to purchase tomlparams.org or tomlparams.com or whatever. Not sure we need it, but it's an option. [Bought tomlparams.com.]
• Liaise with marketing about a possible blog post or whatever on the main site.
• Data science blog post on Github or wherever we host that.
• More examples
• Command line tools to copy examples to current dir (tomlparams examples) and to run the tests (tomlparams test)
• Social media fun
• Add Code of Conduct
• Add Contributing Guide
• Create web page for tomlparams.com, host on portal and point to there for now. Might contain examples, links to doc and source etc., as well as pip installation instructions
