The transposition is not preserved after a data manipulation

I have checked the data received and the interpolation always return NaN elements in the yData matrix (whether we transpose x/y axis or not). I suppose this issue is more relevant to BE.

@jwasikpsnc, could you please check if anything goes wrong with Olivier's dataset?

However, I have done more tests to ensure the transposition works as expected with the interpolation and I have found a bug: when we transpose axis and then interpolate, the axis transposition is preserved but the data aren't transposed. I create an issue and mark it as ready once it'll be fixed.

It has been done in #101 in order to provide the fix for all data manipulations. The related commit is 0231b61
