This is a follow-up of #76, using the state compare-issueIbexState.json.
Main use case now works (very slow but this is a different topic):

It just seems to have a problem when swapping axis (time in x instead of rho_tor_norm): this shows the first rho_tor_norm=0 ok

but other radial points show empty plot. Also note that starting from a single URI, with time as x-axis, it complains with "coordinates do not match or are missing" warning, while I add other one or two URIs with the same electrons/temperature field, while doing the same operations when the x-axis is rho_tor_norm works fine.
