Ionic serve webpackjsonp error

Receive an error running the ionic serve. webpackjsonp is not defined stack trace /build/main.js 1:1

@tuf33757 I saw this same issue and my fix was to add the missing script tag to the index.html. See the ionic teams notes for this release.
