Summary

• shipped the Cycle 2 Data Visualization Toolkit MVP on the shared shell
• fixed the reviewed UI and chart issues: dropdown edit panes, fitted header typography, legend placement under the subheadline, always-on cartesian axes, centered big-number layout, standard 4:5/16:9/1:1 presets, and editable palette overrides
• refined tracked skills and agent profiles for review-driven QA passes and immediate screenshot skip reasons
