Should this directory actually be deleted, or is this just a poorly named directory @rankner7?

Probably just poorly named, but I can't remember why I would have named it that. That was my attempt to make a general networking and data transfer library which I never followed through with, but now that they're actually using the repo, I will work on getting that up and running.
