Bug Description
Hi, ran into a weird UI bug with the notification bell.
If I click the notification bell icon quickly two or three times in a row, multiple notification panels stack on top of each other. You can tell because the backdrop appears multiple times and clicking close only dismisses one layer at a time.
This happens most often on slower connections where the first click doesn't respond immediately so I end up clicking again thinking nothing happened.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click the notification bell icon rapidly 2-3 times
- Multiple notification panels appear stacked
- You have to close them one by one
Expected: Only one notification panel should ever be open at a time. Clicking the bell again should toggle it closed not open another one.
Device: MacBook Air, Safari 17
Also reproducible on Chrome.
