OpportunityPresenter cache-aside on all surfaces

Implemented: shared getOrCreateHomeCardItemBatch (Redis keys home:card:{oppId}:{status}:{viewerId}), wired into discovery tools, list_opportunities, intro-mode cards, home feed refactor, orchestrator opportunity_draft_ready stream, and ChatContent fallbacks. Removed buildMinimalOpportunityCard, replaceViewerNameWithYou, narratorRemarkFromReasoning from user-facing paths. Minimal discover path uses static narrator stub. For Yankı: follow-up on cache invalidation edge cases if needed.

Verified implemented and shipped — closing. Evidence from git history and the current tree:

Original implementation:

• 0bbe3c2f0 feat(home): cache presenter and categorizer results in home graph (2026-03-10)
• 51d5d7ee0 test(backend): cache-aside integration test for OpportunityDeliveryService (2026-04-25)

Evolution since:

• a90dc866f (refactor(opportunity): extract shared safe-presentation primitive for all card surfaces #1076) extracted the shared safe-presentation primitive for all card surfaces → cache moved into the protocol package as getOrCreateDeliveryCardBatch
• 8b394f1e0 renamed "home feed" → radar, dropped LLM categorizer (cache survived intact)

Current tree:

• packages/protocol/src/opportunities/delivery-card.cache.ts — getOrCreateDeliveryCardBatch, TTL 24h, mget batch hit/miss, miss-generation via gatherPresenterContext
• Wired into services/api/src/services/opportunity-delivery.service.ts, mcp.controller.ts, agent.controller.ts (digest + discovery + intro-mode + home surfaces)

Tests: packages/protocol/src/opportunities/tests/delivery-card.cache.spec.ts — batch hits/misses, fallback not cached, error propagation: 5 pass / 0 fail locally.

The remaining item in the issue body ("cache invalidation edge cases if needed") was the author's optional follow-up; nothing concrete filed since. Reopen if a specific invalidation bug surfaces.
