If your text editor uses a Byte Order Mark (BOM) at the start of a UTF-8 file, then when it is processed by RHO then it creates an empty paragraph at the start of the created file.
It would be good if the BOM could be ignored.
At the moment we use Notepad++ to remove the BOM.
