Replaced readme-banner.png with readme-banner.jpg and simplified README header to standard Markdown (removed centered div wrappers and SVG logo). Updated CHANGELOG.md, readme.txt, and style.css to version 4.3.2.

Version 4.3.2 is a maintenance release focused on documentation updates and asset optimization.
