2. • Modify user subscriptions:
3. • Survey select (single choice), Quarter, Species and Country (all multiple choice)
4. • Modify database structure
   • Quarters -nvarchar- column will include comma separated values)
     • Example Quarters : "1,2,3"

• Same for Countries and [Species]
