Add ability to exclude DOMs from detector during signal computation

Currently, it is assumed that all DOMs are included, and there is no way for the user to change that assumption

This feature is needed to describe the IceCube detector's response to a CCSN accurately. By default, all DOMs are included, but this poorly reflects the actual state of the detector, which includes numerous inactive or malfunctioning DOMs.

DOMs could be excluded now by writing custom geometry files. However, no guidance is provided in ASTERIA's documentation on how to do this, and the task is non-trivial. Also, the population of DOMs contributing to SNDAQ analysis varies on a run-to-run basis. Creating new geometry files for a specific run may be impractical.

It may be easier to pass a list of identifiers for excluded DOMs to the Simulation initialization method. These identifiers could include the following:

• DOM IDs (e.g. 37793e5448e1)
• DOM coordinates (e.g. 05-15)
• subdetector/DOM subtype (e.g. IC80, DC, WLS, mDOM, etc)
