This is a legacy from many years ago when there was a common services install in ibm-common-services, and another in ibm-cpd, and yet another in mas-xxx-core ... and they didn't always match. We only have a single instance of common services now - determined by CPD; MAS has no integration with common services.
common_svcs_version_1: 4.11.0 # TODO: Do we really still need to mirror two different versions of common services? If so, why?
We should remove this from all modern catalogs (2026 catalogs) ... and verify that image mirroring role in ansible-devops is happy/correctly handles it's absence, rather than continuing to carry this property forward indefinitely.
