Panel animations with Midnight theme (or any other of your themes) on Linux Mint Cinnamon are not smooth at all. I tried a different desktop theme and the animations were buttery smooth, and my GPU isn't bad at all so i have no idea why it's like that. Worst one is the calendar since it looks extremely laggy.
