problem for mapping 12hr clock to 24hr clock

For a message with a 12hr clock (with am, pm format) like the one bellow

I am getting the wrong hour when uploading
its showing 2:26 AM instead of 8:26 AM

this is not happening when the exported chat history has the following format

01/06/2026, 09:03 - Rafa Vereda: IMG-20260601-WA0034.jpg (file attached)
01/06/2026, 09:07 - Rafa Vereda: location: https://maps.google.com/?q=19.6233508,-99.1194808

We need an option for confirming and/or setting up the date format when opening a chat. Some months ago @categulario did several improvements on date time parsing but it's still challenging because there is no so much information available in the chat export and different devices provide different formats depending on their configuration.

We'll continue working not this.
