Bug Report: Unable to Access Dashboard + Lights Changing Colors Unexpectedly

Describe the issue:
I am currently unable to log into Home Assistant on both the desktop and the mobile app. Additionally, my lights are changing colors on their own without any input or automation triggering the change.

Issues:

• Cannot access the Home Assistant dashboard via desktop browser
• Cannot access the Home Assistant dashboard via the mobile app
• Lights are changing colors unexpectedly and without manual input

Expected behavior:

• Should be able to log in and access the dashboard across all platforms
• Lights should maintain their set color/state unless manually changed or triggered by an automation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Attempt to log into Home Assistant via desktop browser → unable to access dashboard
2. Attempt to log into Home Assistant via mobile app → unable to access dashboard
3. Observe lights changing colors without any triggers

Environment:

• Platform: Desktop + Mobile App
