Dropdown for selecting from multiple instances.

I have HA installed at three different locations, and changing the url at my.home-assistant.io when doing the same action to all of them is quite cumbersome. A dropdown selection would be a huge upgrade.

There was a PR with this change: #294 but it got closed.
I agree that it would be useful, I have two locations, but many people have 2+ installations that they manage/support.

I have additional instances that I manage - currently 9 instances.
Having this option would be very useful, for example in the case of Google Drive integration, as the instruction suggests using https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/oauth (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/google_drive/). Now, as a workaround, I have to edit the URL in https://my.home-assistant.io before doing the work on a specific instance.
The linked PR was almost ready, I could try to finish it, if there is approval from the core team to add this feature.

Would be awesome if multiple instances will be added. I am currently at 3 instances.
