Feature branch rejected by remote

I want to open a feature branch & create a pull request, how do i contribute to the repo? Do I need to fork the repo and create my PR for a branch there?

ERROR: Permission to holistics/dbml.git denied to scribahti.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
