Caching broken when packaged as an Uberjar?

It's looking like when a tool is packaged as an Uberjar (for example, dialog-tool), the cache logic seems to be defeated, so previously cached command data is sed for dispatch.

This may only affect when I generate a temporary script and Uberjar, where the ubjerjar is always named dialog-tool-test.jar. If it had a real version number, it would likely work correctly, but it's worth double checking.

Did some testing and, yes, it's because the uber jar file name was always the same. Adding a unique suffix to the jar file name defeated the cache. This is probably not a CLI tools bug, though if we hashed more than the file path (say, the file size) that would probably take care of it properly.
