[Discussion] Profile Logic: Targets vs. Limits vs. Exit Triggers #423

Description

We need to evaluate how we handle the relationship between targets, limits, and exit triggers in the shot analysis section.

Points for Discussion

  • Target-Focus: Stages should prioritize reaching the Target and Exit Trigger rather than being strictly constrained by a "Limit."
  • Exit Trigger Context: Sometimes an exit trigger (like time) is a "backup" to prevent stalling, whereas other times it is the primary goal. How do we distinguish these in the UI?
    • Example: A stage ends on time because it stalled (didn't reach weight), but the UI shows it as "successful."
  • Complex Scenarios: How to define a stage that should run for a set time (e.g., 15s) but exit early if a certain weight is reached?
  • Goal: Determine if we can create a static rule set to better categorize these stage endings.
