Description: Missions (similar to achievements, see issue #2) that are fitted
to the user. For example: meet with a certain friend with whom you haven't
talked much lately.
Requires: Adding to the server a set of default/template missions and adding a
logic that will dynamically create adjusted versions of them for the user.
