Hello,
In the "Fill in the blanks" question type, the blanks are of equal length no matter what size the input is. It would be better if the length of the longest word to be entered into the blank were taken into consideration by the script. In other words, if the question will be "[Athens] is the capital [city] of Greece, both blanks should be six-character long and not longer than this.
The reason why I request this feature is that I need to create C-tests and here the test-taker will enter individual letters into blanks. (They mi[g][h][t] have dev[e][l][o][p][e][d] a ....). With the default blank length, the question looks weird, if not funny.
By the way, I will be very pleased if someone can tell me in which file (a CSS file?) I will find the setting for the blank in this question type so that I can modify it manually for the time being. I am totally helpless when it comes to scripting. Thanks in advance.
