First, pretty nice project, thanks for putting this together! One missing feature is the countdown before the first interval begins. I'm using it for my workouts and it's annoying that after the start I have to run back to the weights to not to miss too much from the first interval. It can be a setting which can be 0 or N seconds, and always counted when the first interval starts.
